THE REPAIR KIT INCLUDES:
(1) Luer Adaptor with Cap
(2) Clamps (1 Red, 1 Blue)
(2) Injection Caps
(1) Scissors
(1) Temporary Slide Clamp
(1) Fenestrated Drape

STEP ONE
Slide the first piece of the repair kit over the lumen small side first.

STEP TWO
Insert the second piece of the repair kit into the lumen, making sure to push the wide end of the luer tip past the edge of the lumen.

STEP THREE
Slide the two pieces of the kit together and screw them in tightly. The new luer connector is now in place and ready to use.
